The Nakatanenga Evolution 270° roof awning transforms every Defender, T5 & Co into a practical, flexible and, above all, quickly deployed area of shade and protection from the elements  either on an expedition, on holiday  or just for the afternoon at the lake.

In the basic configuration, the 270º awning is supplied with two awning side panels. If you want to transform it into an enclosed area that is protected on all sides, you can order the two additional awning side panels here.

Like the side walls already included in the awning, the two additional tarpaulins are made of high-quality, PU-coated RipStop polycotton, a blend of 65% polyester and 35% cotton. The functional fabric is extremely tear-resistant, water- and dirt-repellent and, due to its relatively high weight of 280 g/m2, there are significantly less fluttering noises in the wind. It is aluminium-coated on the inside. This helps regulate the temperature and, thanks to the diffuse reflection, also ensures that existing light sources can be used comfortably and effectively.

The side tarpaulins are attached to the frame as required and can be lashed together. As a result, when the awning tent is completely closed, there is hardly any contact surface for wind and weather.
