Deliveries & Returns


All of our prices include VAT at the current rate and are retail prices. Trade enquiries are welcome, please contact us by email for a trade price list.

The price you pay for delivery will depend on the total volumetric weight of the consignment. We ship smaller items Royal Mail Tracked 24, larger consignments are sent out Fedex/UPS Next Day Delivery. We endeavour to dispatch all orders on the next working day, however there may be rare occasions when this is not possible and in this case you will be advised when the shipment will be made.

UK Mainland Shipping excluding Highlands and Islands

  • £7.80 for total shipment up to 1kgs
  • £9 for total shipment 1-2 kgs
  • £12 for shipment 2-10kg
  • £20 for over 10kg
  • £40 for oversize items
  • £80 for rooftents

Worldwide Shipping Details

We can ship all over the world.

Shipping can be arranged to most European destinations, however we have a minimum order value of £150. We charge per parcel and standard shipping varies from £24 to the Netherlands to £32 to Italy and Spain and is for up to 20 kg but longer items such as Oztents incur additional handling costs. Please be aware that when your parcel arrives within your country you may be liable to pay both local VAT, import duty and admin charges. Please so not ask us to estimate the cost of these additional charges as they are levied locally and will vary from country to country. As the buyer you will be responsible for paying these charges, which must be paid before the goods are delivered. If you decline to pay the charges then the goods will be returned to us. Goods returned to us will be refunded but we can only refund the price of the goods, delivery costs will not be refunded.

Outside of the EU, you should see prices exclusive of VAT but please contact us with your requirements and we will get accurate shipping costs.

Returns Policy

Full refunds will be given as a result of claims for faulty goods, all other refunds will be based on the replacement cost of the goods. In accordance with Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a fourteen day cooling off period after receipt of goods during which time you will receive a full refund including delivery charges however the customer is liable for the cost of return of the goods.

If the customer intends to cancel an order or return goods they should notify us by email or in writing within the 14 day cooling off period.

Refunds will only be paid to the purchaser.

Money will be refunded to the same account debited during purchase, or paid in the form of a cheque forwarded to the order address, and made out in the contract (purchaser) name.

All refunds and partial refunds (including paperwork) will be completed within 30 days.
