Defender Daylight Running Light and Sidelight

Nakatanenga have produced an combined Defender Daylight running light and side light which matches the other front lights. This increases the visibility of the vehicle during the day, especially in difficult light situations. The two light units include the plug standard on the Defender TD4 (since 2007), making  the lights “plug & play”. An additional daytime running light control unit is not necessary, this is already included with the daytime running lights. The daytime running light control wiring requires simple soldering – an illustrated instruction is included. To comply with legislation, the daytime running lights come on as soon as the engine is running and go out as soon as the low beam is switched on.

The light units are equipped with an E-mark so that they are fully legal.
