These LED Licence plate lights for the Land Rover Defender are externally virtually indistinguishable from the original. However, it offers all the advantages of LED technology:
- whiter, brighter light than halogen bulbs
- lower power consumption (0.5W only), low heat generation
- insensitive to vibration
- significantly longer life
- wide voltage range – in this case, 9-33V
The lamp has (according to the necessary legal operation E-Approved to ECE Regulation No. 4 ) on. It is water and dust proof to IP67 standard and is secured by the existing M5 screws

Good unit light good, low amp demand means less work for the alternator , would recommend Andy Notts.
