The Nakatanenga security window vents prevent heat accumulation when parking in the sun and can be also used during travelling due to their perfect fit (provided the rear window closes properly and is not unintentionally winding down). Moreover it offers anti-theft protection when the window stays open (i.e. can’t be removed from the outside). Please note that in hot weather it is still unadvisable to leave dogs in a vehicle.
– easy fitting: The security window vents are fitted in by winding down the rear window, slotting it on top of the glass and winding it up again thus clamping it in – material: light but solid aluminium
– powder-coated in black

Used in my D4 to provide ventilation while sleeping in the car. They remain in place all summer. They blend in well with limo tint film.

Bought these for a Freelander 2 after guessing by the measurements provided. No alterations where required as they fit into the window runners perfectly and still allow glass motion if required. They are very well constructed and with the addition of fine mesh perfect for my upcoming highland road / off-road trip. With security always an issue these window vents provide a great robust and secure solution to additional ventilation which nestle discretely below my wind deflectors. Tony G
