CargoBear Rubber covers- infills for lashing points

How do you make the CargoBear even better? With flexible rubber cover profiles that can be quickly, safely and firmly inserted into lashing rails or parts of them. With the 30 mm wide and 10 cm long pieces, unused sections of the lashing areas can be closed quickly and safely. The rubber covers bring a number of noticeable advantages. On the one hand, the load securing on the CargoBear, which is already very non-slip, is even more effective. If the load is placed directly on the covers, the grooves in the surface structure of the rubber ensure a non-slip grip. On the other hand, the rubber pieces add a minimal 3.5 mm. This distance protects both the carrier and the piece goods on the roof. Last but not least, rubber covers attached to the side prevent branches and twigs from getting caught in the recesses of the lashing points when driving off-road. The corners are rounded for an optimal fit of the profiles. The cover profiles for the CargoBear are available in sets of 6 or 24 pieces. With Defender, Jimny or G-Class, a set of 6 is sufficient for one crossbar each. A set of 24 covers an intermediate module in the 4×4 mentioned above, i.e. H. In the minimal configuration of 2 brackets and an intermediate panel, 2 x 6 and 1 x 24 sets are required. We are of course happy to help if you have any questions.
