Returns Policy

Full refunds will be given as a result of claims for faulty goods, all other refunds will be based on the replacement cost of the goods. In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations you have a seven day cooling off period after receipt of goods during which time you will receive a full refund including delivery charges however the customer is liable for the cost of  return of the goods.

If the customer intends to cancel an order or return goods they should notify us by email or in writing within the 7 day cooling off period.

Refunds will only be paid to the purchaser

Money will be refunded to the same account debited during purchase, or paid in the form of a cheque forwarded to the order address, and made out in the contract (purchaser) name.

All refunds and partial refunds (including paperwork) will be completed within 30 days.
