Engine Watchdog
The Engine Watchdog is a small piece of equipment, which is simple to fit and could save you costly repairs. Whilst travelling in Australia, the constant corrugations in the roads, caused a bolt on the radiator to come loose and wear a hole in the radiator. The normal temperature gauge never even moved but the Engine Watchdog warned us of the overheating and we were able to get the radiator fixed for 5 Aus$ in the next town.
The Engine Watchdog TM2 can quickly detect ALL causes of engine overheating, including coolant leaks, sticky engine thermostats, engine water pump leaks, coolant blockages, radiator blockages, faulty radiator caps & even heat build-up from engine oil problems. Plus the TM2 is so accurate, it can even detect if your engine cooling system is becoming inefficient.
The TM2 displays your exact engine temperature and alerts you with a ENGINE WARNING LIGHT & LOUD BUZZER if your engine overheats for any reason.
The TM2 is perfectly safe to fit because it does not require you to break into the vehicle’s cooling system in any way. It cannot be the cause of coolant leaks in the future and because you are not interfering with the engines internal workings in any way, the TM2 will not void the warranty on new or reconditioned engines.
