Due to their large-scale support, the hoisting eye does not aim the pull forces in a recovery straight into the bumper but distributes them accordingly – this keeps the load on the original bumper low.

The lifting eye, the mounting adapter and the shackle are made of stainless steel, making rust a thing of the past, even the retaining ring is stainless. Because of the rotatable bearing, the shackle and the bumper are loaded with optimum force flow even at oblique loading. The edges of the eyelet are rounded to ensure optimised pedestrian protection and minimise the risk of injury.
