Defender Rear Door Sill – stainless

This replacement Defender rear door sill is made from stainless steel and is a direct substitute for Land Rover part no AFP710120. It includes all necessary fittings and anti- seize lubricant.

The original rear door strip is made of galvanized sheet metal which rusts and becomes unsightly over time.  Our cargo area protection bar is made of brushed stainless steel with an interior height of 11mm and fits vehicles, which have standard carpet fitted. There are 2 variants of the Defender rear door sill, the standard 7 hole pattern which is identical to the original and the version with 8 holes.  The original screws can easily shear off when undoing them and it can be difficult to drill them out.  In the case of sheared screws it is easier to use the 8 hole pattern rather then the 7 hole pattern.
